It is very important to have the correct time to run apps correctly in Windows OS. You have to make sure that your all Windows services are synced with your current timezone. If not synced, most of the apps including your Chrome browser won’t run. You won’t be able to browse your browser with an incorrect timezone.

You can customize Windows 11 timezone and clock time easily. If your PC time is not correct then your apps or systems will throw errors.
Windows 11 setting is the easiest way to change time and timezone in Windows 11. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Open Windows 11 settings with Windows + I button on your keyboard.
Step 2: In the Setting window, find and click on Time & language option from the list. You will find it in the left sidebar.
Step 3: Then click on ‘Date & time’ from the right sidebar.
Step 4: Here you can find Sync now an option in the Additional settings section.
Step 5: When you click on Sync now button, it will become grey.
You can also change the correct time manually using the control panel. Here are the steps:
Step 1: Open the Windows start menu with a Windows button on your keyboard.
Step 2: Search for the control panel and select it from the list.
Step 3: In the control panel, find Clock and Region.
Step 4: Next find and click on Date and Time.
Step 5: In the Date and Time window, select the Internet Time option.
Step 6: Click on Change settings and then click on Update now under Internet Time Settings.
Step 7: Once done, you will get a message on your screen that says “The clock was successfully synchronized”.
You can also use the command prompt to change the time in Windows 11. Here are some commands to follow:
Step 1: Open the start menu with the Windows button on your keyboard.
Step 2: Search for command prompt or cmd.
Step 3: Click on the Run as administrator option in the right sidebar.
Step 4: Now follow these commands in the terminal and press enter after each command.
net stop w32time
w32tm /unregister
w32tm /register
net start w32time
w32tm /resync
Step 5: Once done, restart your computer.
After you execute each command in the mentioned order, restart your computer and the time will sync.
