How to Enable Windows 11 UI Styles in Chrome and Edge

Method 1: Use Chrome Flags

Note that some of the Chrome Flags are still in development so sometimes it can cause issues. But this is completely safe to use.

Let’s get started.

Step 1: First, if you want to change the menu style in Chrome then open the Chrome browser first using the start menu.

Step 2: Then go to Chrome flags page, enter chrome://flags/ address and then press enter.

Step 3: In the chrome://flags/ page, find the search bar and then type Windows 11 style to change the UI element flag.

Step 4: Click on the drop-down menu in the right sidebar for Windows 11 Style Menus > Enabled-All Windows Versions.

Step 5: Then click on the relaunch button to save your settings.

Method 2: Use the Experiments tab in Edge

Just like Google Chrome, you can enable Windows 11 new UI and colors for the Edge browser. Here are the steps:

Step 1: Open the Microsoft Edge either from the Start Menu or Taskbar. You can also access it using the search bar > search for Microsoft Edge.

Step 2: Type the following address in the Edge URL bar and press enter.

edge://flags/

This will open the Edge Flag page.

Step 3: In the search bar, search for Windows 11 Visual Updates to access a particular flag.

Step 4: Click on the drop-down menu in the right sidebar > click Enabled from the list.

Step 5: Click on the Restart button to restart the Edge browser and apply new changes.
