At the FBC testing facilities, you’ll encounter two types of puzzles: transforming items into soda dispensers and swapping charges between power cores.
How to solve FBC testing facility soda dispenser puzzle in Control Resonant
In the facilities with soda dispensers (Downtown, Evacuation Zone, and West Incursion Zone), you’ll walk into a room filled with various items: a soda dispenser, a sink, a stove, and a copy machine. The space is divided by sections marked with yellow tape, and yellow squares are scattered throughout.
When you pick up an item and move it into a different section, it transforms into another item. The transformation cycle is: **stove ⇔ sink ⇔ copy machine ⇔ soda dispenser ⇔ stove**. The arrows go both ways – move back into the previous section and the item reverts.
To complete the puzzle, transform every item into a soda dispenser and place them into each square. A useful strategy is to locate a T-intersection of three sections and move around it in a circle until you achieve the desired item. Keep in mind that you may need to walk through several sections to reach a square, so you don’t always want to stop on a soda dispenser immediately.
Once all the soda dispensers are positioned, pull the lever on the control panel at the entrance to unlock a door in the back corner.

For the facilities involving power cores (Central, The Park, Unknown), you’ll find red and blue power cores in a room. Your goal is to prevent the power cores from overloading by swapping electricity between the red and blue cores.
Start the challenge by pulling the lever at the entrance. Wait for the lights to blink rapidly before transferring the charge from one power core to another. If it gets too hectic, you can swap electricity between one red and one blue core early, ensuring that not all cores are on the same cadence.

The sewer entrance to Testing Facility Platt is on the **east side of Central**. Head directly **east from the Patterned Factory** to find the construction site concealing the sewer entrance.

The entrance to Testing Facility Broadway is located on the **central street in the southwest portion of the West Incursion Zone**. You’ll need Shift from the Incursion Fault in the Parking Garage, so make sure to complete that first.

The entrance to Testing Facility Dutch is located just **southwest of the center point of the central island** in the Unknown. A straightforward way to reach it is to start from the “Twisted Rooftops” fast travel door and drop off the northwest edge to the construction site below.
