Developers ZodTTD and yongzh has officially announced the launch of new PSX4DROID playstation 1 emulator for Android phones in Android market. So far there is no Android apps that lets you play PlayStation games on Google Android phone.
PSX4DROID is just an emulator and hence it has some minor glitches but overall it smoothly plays Playstation games on Android phones. You also need to have valid PlayStation BIOS file in order to play playstation games on Android devices.
