MuscleNerd and PlanetBeing, the member of iPhone Dev Team are on the verge of releasing iPhone 4 unlock tool. They successfully managed to unlock iPhone 4 running on iOS 4.
iPhone 4 uses new baseband which makes it impossible to unlock for old ultrasnOw unlock tool. This leads to complete rewrite of this unlocking tool for iPhone 4 with new baseband.
Looks like I now have an unlocked iPhone 4.

If you are eagerly waiting to unlock iPhone 4 after jailbreaking it with redsnOw 0.9.5 or snOwbreeze then your wait is probably over. It is not yet know that when they will release ultrasnOw for iPhone 4 but it is expected to be released after iOS 4.1/iOS 4.0.1 release.
