Redsnow 0.9.5 beta 5 has been released to jailbreak iOS 4.0 on iPhone 3G/iPod touch 2G. RedsnOw 0.9.5 beta 5 was working well with iOS 4.0 GM release but we need to have something for iOS 4.0 final. Within a few hours of release of iOS 4.0 iPhone Dev team has released one more update to redsnOw 0.9.5 to jailbreak iOS 4.0 on iPhone 3G/iPod touch 2G.
RedsnOw jailbreaking tool is still in beta version so upload cydia after using it. Jailbreaking iOS 4 with redsnow beta 5 tutorial will be available soon. One must not forget that redsnow 0.9.5 beta 5 works with iPhone 3G only, so iPhone 3GS users have to wait longer before getting any jailbreaking tool. It is advisable to not to upgrade to iOS 4.0 for 3GS users.
