Of course who doesn’t like to send free SMS to friends. It has been a long since we have shared such application or way to send free SMS. There are many free application that lets you send free SMS but it is restricted to number of characters (like 160by2) plus it is prone to lot of advertisement.
Zozoc lets you send unlimited SMS to 140 countries from your wap enabled mobile or from the desktop web browser easily. Zozoc was developed in 2006 in China which has more than 14lakh members now. The aim of zozoc is to provide free alternatives to costly SMS via GPRS or Internet. There is no characters limit (you can send SMS of upto 500 characters which is more than enough). You can SMS to zozoc or non zozoc numbers from your mobile for free.

Zozoc has also developed few twitter backgrounds on the occasion of Christmas. One can also download zozoc mobile application or use it from the mobile or desktop. Zozoc’s mobile application is available for Symbian mobile,J2ME mobile and Windows mobiles. This mobile is available for Symbian s60 v2 and v3 mobiles only but more support will be added soon.

this is cool stuff, i used to sms from the rediff bol in the past, but this one looks better. however it days in the beta phaze we can use it for free, so its good to use it as much as possible before it turns paid

Yup its good way to send but due to its functionality its always use gprs and it really a big deal for batter standby time!but all over its good!

Thanks for zozoc. 160by2 was being a pain and also, we can send only 3 SMS for free using rediff bol. But, I dont think ZO=ozoc offers sending SMS from Desktop computer.
