Defensio, was actually released by Websense, a year ago, which only hosted as a Spam-blocking tool for blogs. Executable file blocking: It acts same as the spam-filter for blog comment where you could specify additional keywords that should be filtered out. Moreover, you can also use the executable file blocker  to prevent unwanted exe files to appear on your wall.

Script blocking: Same as the exe file blocker, you can use the script blocker to block unwanted scripts to appear on your Facebook profile.
